Required Qualifications

  • Experience leading a team in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment

  • Experience meeting or exceeding KPIs related to sales, availability, customer satisfaction, or employee engagement
  • Experience managing employee relations issues including performance and absence management
  • Comfort with night shifts and extended hours
