Job Summary
Overnight store-operations leadership: manage a nightshift team to deliver replenishment, organise warehouse activities, and replenish shelves; run full shift independently when required, ensuring safety, customer service excellence, and readiness for morning service; oversee performance, discipline, scheduling, and pay accuracy; 4-night, full-time pattern with a £4,500 premium on top of base salary; location in Manchester, UK.
Required Qualifications
- A track record of delivering brilliant customer service and coaching colleagues to do the same
- Experience of leading a team in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Operational leadership skills with responsibility for store operations in the absence of more senior managers
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding KPIs (sales, availability, customer satisfaction, or colleague engagement)
- Has managed employee relations issues, including performance and absence management
- Desirable - has worked night shifts in a high-volume, operational environment and can create a safe, supportive atmosphere during out-of-hours trading
