Job Summary
Overnight Nightshift Manager role overseeing a team to deliver replenishment across the store, organize the warehouse, and replenish shelves during 22:00–08:00 shifts. Responsible for running full store operations during the night, ensuring safety and wellbeing of colleagues, maintaining high standards to ready the store for morning service, coaching and managing a night team to achieve KPI targets, handling disciplinaries and employee relations, and ensuring scheduling and pay accuracy. Requires leadership in a fast-paced, customer-facing retail environment with a focus on inclusivity and delivering excellent customer service.
Required Qualifications
- Experience leading a team in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Operational leadership skills
- Track record of delivering customer service and coaching colleagues
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding KPIs
- Experience managing employee relations issues (performance and absence)
- Desirable experience working night shifts in high-volume environments (optional)
- Strong focus on inclusivity and team safety
