Job Summary

Overnight store leadership to deliver replenishment and run full shifts, organising warehouse and replenishing shelves while prioritising deliveries. Lead an overnight team from 22:00 to 08:00 for 4 nights, ensuring safety and wellbeing of colleagues, maintaining high standards to prepare the store for morning operations, and driving customer service. Responsible for people management, performance coaching, disciplinaries, scheduling, and payroll accuracy, with a focus on KPI delivery and maintaining smooth operations in a high-volume environment.

Required Qualifications

  • Experience leading a team in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
  • Track record of delivering brilliant customer service and coaching colleagues
  • Operational leadership skills with responsibility for store operations in absence of more senior managers
  • Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding KPIs (sales, availability, customer satisfaction, or colleague engagement)
  • Experience managing employee relations issues, including performance and absence management
