Job Summary
Customer and Trading Manager responsible for day-to-day store operations alongside a small team of managers, with accountability for the full shop when required. Lead a team to deliver brilliant customer service, coach colleagues, and ensure KPI performance. Manage discipline and employee relations, scheduling, and payroll accuracy. May support other nearby stores as needed, and lead operations in the absence of more senior management. Strong leadership in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment is essential.
Required Qualifications
- A track record of delivering brilliant customer service and coaching colleagues to do the same
- Experience of leading a team in a fast-paced, customer-facing environment
- Operational leadership skills — taking responsibility for store operations in the absence of more senior managers
- Demonstrated success in meeting or exceeding KPIs
- Has managed employee relations issues, including performance and absence management
