Job Summary
Customer and Sales Support Rep responsible for processing high-volume customer orders via EDI and ERP systems, resolving EDI issues, setting up new customer accounts for EDI, ensuring compliance with EDI requirements, coordinating order fulfillment (pricing, ship dates, locations, freight terms, packaging, special requirements), capturing delivery needs into the TMS, managing returns and credits, and collaborating with Sales, Operations, and Transportation to support projects while complying with QMS and safety policies. Requires experience with Windows software (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint) and a focus on accurate, timely order processing and customer satisfaction.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or the equivalent
- minimum of two years plus related experience and/or training
- Ability to work with a personal computer in a Windows environment
- Proficiency in Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
