Job Summary
Develop and maintain strong B2B customer relationships by assisting contractors and business customers with product selection and solutions. Process phone, email, and counter sales orders while providing outstanding customer service and technical support. Identify new sales opportunities and grow existing accounts through collaboration with team members to deliver an exceptional customer experience. Ideal candidates possess sales experience, preferably in HVAC or mechanical engineering, with a positive attitude and self-motivation. Required Qualifications
- Sales experience (Inside Sales, Outside Sales, Counter Sales, or Business Development)
- Business-to-business (B2B) sales experience
- Experience handling customer inquiries and phone orders
- Customer service and counter sales experience
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- A positive attitude, self-motivation, and desire to succeed
Desired Qualifications
- HVAC industry experience preferred
- Mechanical Engineering background welcomed
