Job Summary
Lead analytics-driven customer strategy initiatives for PwC Acceleration Center Mexico, manage multi-workstream engagements, coach distributed teams, develop customer experience and go-to-market strategies, validate data integrity and compliance, and communicate strategic insights and recommendations to VP/SVP-level stakeholders. Drive client conversations, build trusted relationships, and steer strategic projects from discovery through execution in a global, cross-functional advisory context.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Mathematics, Engineering, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related quantitative field
- 7+ years of progressive experience leading multi-workstream engagements and developing client/stakeholder relationships at the VP/SVP level
- Fluent English (written and verbal)
- Working knowledge of Python and/or R for analysis and automation, SQL for data extraction, and Excel/PowerPoint at expert level
- Data visualization experience with Power BI, Tableau, or equivalent
- Experience leading and coaching distributed analytic teams
