Job Summary

The role supports the design, execution, and analysis of Lincoln's Voice of the Customer programs, translating customer feedback into clear insights, dashboards, and actionable recommendations. Responsibilities include collecting, analyzing, and reporting VoC data from surveys and feedback sources; identifying trends and opportunities for improvement in customer experience; creating dashboards and data visualizations; conducting customer journey analysis and satisfaction tracking; ensuring VoC data quality and documentation; synthesizing findings for non-technical stakeholders; developing standardized reporting and recurring insights deliverables; and collaborating with cross-functional teams (Customer Experience, Marketing, Product, Operations) to address research needs. Requires strong analytical skills, ability to translate quantitative and qualitative insights into business recommendations, and effective communication of findings to stakeholders. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience (minimum)
  • 1 - 3+ years experience in data analytics, market research, VoC, customer insights, or related field
