Job Summary
The Customer Sales Analyst will leverage sales and consumer data to develop actionable insights and compelling selling stories to support regional sales growth for Kraft Heinz. The role entails data pulling and analysis, creating presentations for internal and external audiences, owning shopper marketing and digital plans for multiple retailers, and collaborating cross-functionally with sales, finance, retail, and ECM. You’ll identify key volume drivers, deliver category and business reviews, analyze merchandising events for actionable POVs, and grow into SME capabilities in storytelling, data visualization, data literacy, or analytic processes. The position partners with the Data & Analytics team to feedback critical reporting and tool development, supported by Power BI, Circana/Numerator, Excel, and PowerPoint, with a focus on timely, accurate insights to inform sales strategy across the West Regional Grocery team. Location is remote from the employee’s home in the United States, with compensation including base salary and bonus eligibility. Required Qualifications
- Experience with corporate sales background and knowledge of business processes
- Ability to plan, organize and communicate priorities to leadership
- Strong analytical skills with emphasis on problem solving
- Experience with Power BI development (reports and dashboards)
- Experience with Circana, Numerator, Excel, and PowerPoint
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong presentation skills (verbal and written)
- Familiarity with syndicated data and panel data
- Growth mindset and attention to detail
