Job Summary
Customer AI Strategist guides enterprise marketers through AI-driven brand performance by translating data, platform metrics, and AI trends into actionable strategies and roadmaps. Lead quarterly business reviews, executive-level insights, and performance recommendations; build frameworks for AI marketing adoption and optimization; identify patterns across clients and codify best practices, playbooks, and use cases. Partner with product and engineering to ensure customer feedback informs roadmap and evolution; stay ahead of AI, SaaS, SEO, and mar-tech trends to guide clients and internal teams.
Required Qualifications
- 5+ years in client-facing, analytical, or customer advisory roles (SaaS, consulting, technical account management, strategy, or analytics)
- Strong data fluency; comfortable working with analytics tools (Excel, SQL, BI dashboards)
- Excellent communicator able to present confidently to executives and technical teams
- Strategic thinker who can simplify complexity into persuasive storytelling
- Skilled at managing multiple enterprise customers, competing priorities, and deadlines
- Comfortable with ambiguity, fast-moving environments, and owning outcomes end-to-end
- Bonus Skills: Familiarity with prompt engineering or LLM behavior; Background in SEO, digital marketing, or campaign performance analytics; Experience in marketing operations, conversion optimization, or growth analytics
