Job Summary
Customer Advocate role with a work-from-home setup in the Philippines. Responsibilities include quickly responding to tickets and chats with professional and empathetic communication, resolving customer issues or escalating to a Team Leader as needed, and maintaining regular updates on ticket statuses. You will review and approve adverts, monitor for fraudulent listings, and comply with outlined processes. Expected performance includes responding to chat inquiries within 30 seconds and handling multiple tasks such as ad reviews, promotions support, and potential social media assistance. Must-have skills include strong written and verbal communication, customer-focused mindset, attention to detail, problem-solving ability, proficiency with Microsoft Outlook, Excel, Word, data entry, and the ability to work independently while collaborating within a team. Nice-to-have experience spans customer service/CS roles, familiarity with CRM/helpdesk software (e.g., Zendesk, Salesforce, Freshdesk, Intercom), content moderation, fraud/trust-and-safety exposure, and remote work experience.
