Customer Advocate – Remote role with Full-Time schedule (Mon-Fri, 8:00 AM–8:00 PM availability; EST training 8 weeks 8:00 AM–4:30 PM) focused on guiding members through healthcare questions, medications, appointments, and benefits. Requires handling 50–70 interactions daily with real-time system navigation, accurate documentation, and professional communication. Familiarity with Microsoft Office suite and the ability to navigate multiple systems is essential. The position emphasizes stability, growth, and the option to work from home, with mandatory pre-employment drug screening and background check. Start date July 13, 2026. Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma (Associate degree preferred)
- Experience handling complex or sensitive customer interactions
