Job Summary
Provide outstanding customer service via phone, email, or chat for Your Health Idaho, including troubleshooting, issue resolution, case management, and documenting customer records in a CRM. Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and collaborate with teams to resolve complex customer issues, aiming to meet or exceed performance goals and protect consumer PII while navigating multiple systems. Bilingual English/Spanish capabilities and the ability to empathize with customers are required; strong typing (≈45 WPM) and proficiency with Microsoft Office are expected. The role requires eligibility to perform duties in a fast-paced call-center environment and adherence to ACA-related knowledge, with a focus on accuracy, confidentiality, and high-quality customer interactions.
Required Qualifications
- Associate’s degree preferred or equivalent through professional experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Spanish
- 1 year customer service experience
- Strong computer skills (Microsoft Office)
- Ability to navigate multiple computer systems and knowledge of ACA preferred
- Ability to type at least 45 WPM
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting abilities
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and protect PII
