Job Summary
Join the Champion Windows team as a Customer Advocate where you'll provide excellent customer service in person and over the phone. Responsibilities include greeting customers, answering phones, scheduling appointments, assisting with payment collection, generating daily summary reports, and performing data entry in the Customer Service Database. Essential qualifications include strong communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, ability to type a minimum of 40 WPM, and a strong focus on reliability and quality control.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access)
- Excellent written and oral communication
- Ability to type a minimum of 40 WPM
