Job Summary
As a Customer Service Advocate, you will greet customers within the showroom, answer phones and direct calls, schedule appointments, assist in payment collection, generate daily summary reports, perform data entry, and undertake additional administrative duties as needed. Candidates should have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent, strong customer service skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent communication skills, and dependability.
Required Qualifications
- Excellent communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access)
- Ability to type a minimum of 40 WPM
- Dependability in attendance and work performance
- Quality control with accuracy and thoroughness
