Job Summary
Welcome in-shop customers and resolve concerns quickly, often creating creative solutions. Manage incoming calls, emails, and faxes regarding service issues, pricing, warranties, and reschedules. Confirm and complete work order information, including insurance verification and missing parts data. Process administrative tasks such as buyouts, invoices, credit memos, and rebills. Review orders from the national contact center and manage dealer part orders. Requires a high school diploma, 1-3 years of telephone operations or business administration experience, and the ability to travel up to 10%.
Required Qualifications
