Job Summary

Customer Advocacy Manager responsible for building, managing, and scaling Thales' global customer advocacy program. Transform customer success into compelling storytelling to drive pipeline growth, strengthen brand credibility, and deepen customer engagement. Manage day-to-day operations of the advocacy program; align with product lines on customer story themes; partner with sales, customer success, and regional marketing to identify advocacy candidates; conduct customer interviews and collaborate with product marketing on translating stories into case studies, video, web, and social media assets; secure customer participation in initiatives including analyst reports and panels; establish processes to track advocacy activity and measure impact; produce quarterly advocacy reports and other customer-facing content including ROI/business-impact benchmarks. Minimum qualifications include a Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing or related field and 5-8 years in customer marketing/advocacy; cybersecurity experience preferred; strong communication skills; ability to collaborate with internal stakeholders and customers; experience with Salesforce and Allego. Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or Marketing or another related field of study or equivalent work experience
  • 5-8 years’ experience in customer marketing, advocacy, or reference programs
  • Cybersecurity experience preferred
  • Strong written and verbal communication to effectively translate customer stories into high-impact marketing assets
  • Proven ability to build strong rapport and cross collaboration with internal stakeholders (product marketing, sales, customer success, regional marketing) and customers
  • Experience using Salesforce, Allego, reference tracking tool
