Job Summary
Act as the internal go-to for all RV and camper matters, maintaining our knowledge base and partnering with teams on strategy. Advise customers via phone and email on order issues, cancellations, and modifications, plus RV-specific topics like towing setups, electrical systems, and maintenance. Operate with real autonomy across multiple systems, moving fast and accurately without micromanagement. This full-time role supports FortNine and 6Routes, offering a starting salary of $20/hour, rising to $21.75/hour after training. Located near Du College metro with free on-site parking, the position includes health insurance, unlimited snacks, and a work-from-home allocation.
Required Qualifications
- Real, lived RV/camper experience, recreational or professional
- Bilingual: English & French, strong written and verbal skills
- Comfortable across multiple computer systems
- Genuinely good at digging up answers online
- Professional proficiency in English
- Full Time position availability

- 1+ year in e-commerce or customer service
