Job Summary
Produce written communications with clients and suppliers via email, and provide telephone and live chat support to collect packaging weights information. Conduct webinars regarding data submission processes and use in-house software to process packaging evidence. Analyze submitted Plastic Tax evidence under HMRC criteria and interact with suppliers to encourage data submission through email and phone chases. Support Account Managers in calculating packaging, WEEE, and Batteries waste submissions while maintaining high accuracy in data collection and management. Identify efficiencies in the engagement process and report anomalies to the Development team.
Required Qualifications
- Full UK Manual Driving License
- Grade C in Mathematics and English GSCE/O Level standard
- Must have high standards of accuracy and attention to detail
- Must have excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Must be a confident individual who can work well on their own or as part of a team
- Must have high level of professionalism
- Task Driven
- Confident working with data via MS Excel
- Experience of working in an office environment using email and telephone
Desired Qualifications
- Experience of analysing and manipulating large volumes of data
- An interest in environmental issues
- Educated to at least A level standard or equivalent
