Job Summary
Customer Advisor role at Lookers’ Customer Contact Centre in Newcastle. You will handle calls, emails, live chats, and digital enquiries to drive bookings, support service and aftersales activity, identify upsell opportunities, and maintain high-quality data entry and notes. Responsibilities include booking maintenance, promoting service plans, delivering consistent customer experiences across channels, meeting performance targets, supporting lead generation for vehicle sales, using Lookers systems and GDPR-compliant data handling, collaborating with dealership teams, and completing mandatory Lookers/manufacturer training while staying updated on product offerings, FCA guidelines, and legislation. The position requires flexibility to work a rotating schedule including weekends and bank holidays, with a salary up to £30,000 OTE and an initial basic of £22,000 plus bonus.
