Job Summary
Greet customers enthusiastically while educating them on carwash and detail shop services. Transact purchases, maintain proper cash handling procedures, and follow position-specific protocols. Begin training as a Delta Technician to enhance product knowledge before advancing to the Customer Advisor role. Work in both indoor and outdoor environments across all weather conditions, standing, walking, and bending for extended periods. Adapt quickly to frequent product and promotion updates while meeting service expectations with a sense of urgency.
