Job Summary
Greet customers enthusiastically while educating them on carwash and detail shop services. Transact purchases, maintain cash handling procedures, and follow position-specific protocols. Begin training as a Delta Technician to enhance product knowledge before advancing to the Customer Advisor role. Work in all weather conditions, both indoor and outdoor, with a willingness to adapt to frequent product updates. Maintain a flexible schedule, including year-round availability, while standing, walking, and bending for extended periods.
