Job Summary
Greet customers enthusiastically while educating them on carwash and detail shop services. Transact purchases, maintain proper cash handling procedures, and follow position-specific protocols. Begin training as a Delta Technician to enhance product knowledge before advancing to the Customer Advisor role. Work in both indoor and outdoor environments across all weather conditions, including extreme temperatures. Stand, walk, and bend for extended periods while lifting moderate weights. Maintain a courteous demeanor and demonstrate strong communication skills. Work flexible shifts with a sense of urgency, adapting quickly to seasonal promotions and staffing needs.
