Job Summary
Greet customers enthusiastically while educating them on carwash and detail shop services, then transact purchases and maintain proper cash handling procedures. Multi-task with a sense of urgency to meet service expectations while following all position-specific procedures. Begin training as a Delta Technician to enhance product knowledge before advancing to the Customer Advisor role. Work in both indoor and outdoor environments across all weather and temperature conditions, standing, walking, and bending for long periods. Maintain flexibility for a year-round schedule, as seasonal opportunities are no longer available.
