Job Summary
Greet customers enthusiastically while educating them on carwash and detail shop services. Transact purchases, maintain cash handling procedures, and follow position-specific protocols. Complete Delta Technician training to enhance product knowledge before advancing to the Customer Advisor role. Work in both indoor and outdoor environments across all weather conditions with a sense of urgency. Adapt to frequent product, service, and promotion updates. Maintain a courteous demeanor and demonstrate unwavering honesty. Year-round schedule availability is required; seasonal options are no longer available.
