Job Summary
Greet customers enthusiastically while educating them on carwash and detail shop services. Transact purchases, maintain proper cash handling procedures, and follow all position-specific protocols. Begin training as a Delta Technician to enhance product knowledge before advancing to the Customer Advisor role. Perform duties in both indoor and outdoor environments across all weather conditions, including extreme temperatures. Work flexible daytime hours with a sense of urgency, standing, walking, and bending for extended periods. Lift moderate weights and adapt quickly to frequent product or promotion updates.
