Job Summary
Greet customers enthusiastically while educating them on carwash and detail shop services. Transact purchases, maintain proper cash handling procedures, and follow position-specific protocols. Begin training as a Delta Technician to enhance product knowledge before advancing to the Customer Advisor role. Work in both indoor and outdoor environments across all weather conditions with a sense of urgency. Maintain flexibility for rotating shifts, as year-round availability is required and seasonal options are no longer offered.
