Job Summary
Live Operations Customer Advisor for English and French (part-time). Supports couriers remotely to resolve delivery issues, track deliveries, and maintain customer satisfaction. Responsibilities include communicating with couriers via chat or phone, following the automatic order distribution system, and ensuring timely deliveries. Requires strong English/French communication, multitasking across systems, and a proactive, customer-service oriented approach. Hybrid role with 3 days in the Wroclaw office and 2 days remote. Compensation includes salary and language allowance, plus training and office perks.
