Job Summary
Provide exceptional customer service as a liaison between customers and service technicians/mechanical associates, from initial contact through service/repair completion. Responsibilities include greeting customers, assisting with service calls, accurately documenting concerns, scheduling call times, creating repair orders, obtaining ESP claim approvals, advising on needed repairs, reviewing orders for accuracy, closing/invoicing, explaining recommendations to customers, collecting payments, and balancing a busy workload while dispatching work to technicians. Maintain effective communication, meet service standards, interpret data for records, perform in a high-energy environment, and participate in ongoing CarMax training.
