Job Summary
Deliver excellent customer service on tills, website screens, and collection counters while collecting products, taking payments, and processing refunds. Assist customers with product questions and advice, support the stock room during quiet periods, and build comprehensive knowledge of products, services, and promotions to provide recommendations. Maintain a clean, clutter-free store environment using digital tools effectively. This role requires flexibility to work across the store at high energy, with a focus on financial service offerings for certain products.
