Job Summary
Deliver excellent customer service on tills, website screens, and collection counters while collecting products, taking payments, and processing refunds. Maintain a neat stock room by restocking products from deliveries and ensure the store remains clean and clutter-free. Assist customers with product questions, provide advice on a wide range of items, and offer recommendations based on knowledge of products, services, and promotions. Handle financial service offerings for certain products and ensure the shop floor is stocked and organized.
Required Qualifications

- Comfortable talking to customers about our financial services when buying certain products
