Job Summary
Welcome in-shop customers and resolve concerns quickly with creative solutions. Manage incoming calls, emails, and faxes for service issues, pricing, warranties, and dispatch. Confirm work order information, including insurance verification and missing parts, while processing invoices, credit memos, and rebills. Review national contact center orders and manage dealer part orders and special accounts. High School Diploma/GED required; 1-3 years telephone operations or business administration experience needed. Competitive weekly base pay starting at $20/hr with a benefits package valued at over $10k, including 401(k) matching, medical coverage, PTO, and up to $5,250 annually in tuition reimbursement.
