Customer Adoption & Growth Manager

Own all new customer onboarding and implementations from kickoff to go-live, translating discovery session insights into working setups within the platform. Monitor adoption and usage signals across the customer base using Impact Pilot, PostHog, Hubspot, and Gong to identify at-risk accounts, execute re-onboarding plays, and drive feature adoption. Find upsell and expansion signals to tee opportunities for the sales team while building and improving onboarding playbooks. This role supports Altura's migration of its full customer base to the new platform during rapid international growth, with a 40-hour week and hybrid model in Amsterdam.
