Job Summary
Customer Administration Specialist responsible for masterdata and product administration, including managing product, vendor, and customer master data; price updates and item setups; data governance across ERPs; product discontinuations; COA handling; supporting product managers with queries and tenders; maintaining digital product data and SOPs; training staff; owning and maintaining the Digital Master SKU list and cross-reference table; coordinating annual supplier price movements; setting up PROMO pricing; ensuring data integrity across platforms; communicating with internal/external stakeholders; and supporting product lifecycle management throughout the organization.
Required Qualifications
- 4.5 - 6 yrs Hands on experience on masterdata and product administration.
- Intermediate to advanced level competence in Microsoft Office suite applications – Excel, Word and Outlook.
- Tertiary qualification in a science discipline including chemistry (Preferred)
- Laboratory experience (Preferred)
- Customer service skills
- Previous experience in a sales & marketing or administrative support role
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Ability to manage customer relationships across cultural environments
- Strong time management and organizational skills
- Attention to detail with high accuracy
- Flexible to work in ANZ time zone
