Job Summary
Responsible for ensuring the accuracy and integrity of customer billing data across systems. Review, correct, and maintain customer records to support proper invoicing; issue invoices and credit notes as needed; send customer notification letters regarding billing changes; implement changes into the ERP; contact customers by phone and email for missing data; track actions and collaborate with Premier and Account Management teams to obtain information; review outstanding balances and provide statements of accounts. Must be analytical, detail oriented, with strong organization and problem-solving skills, and capable of working both independently and as part of a team.
Required Qualifications
- Experience in working as a Billing Specialist or in a similar role within invoicing area
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, in particular Excel
- Proficient English; French and/or German desirable
