Job Summary
Acquire new salon listings on Rakuten Beauty via phone and Zoom meetings by introducing platform benefits and securing contracts with busy salon owners. Provide seasonal and trend-based proposals to boost listing motivation, then create explanatory materials and deliver effective presentations to support salon decisions. Drive the competitive number of listings required to expand the beauty industry ecosystem while automating routine tasks to focus on proposal activities.
Required Qualifications
- Experience proactively committing to and achieving clear numerical targets in sales or marketing roles
- Basic PC skills (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- TOEIC Score exceeding 800 (or similar level of English ability or a University Degree earned in an English-speaking country)
