Job Summary
Lead the customer accounts department to achieve company standards for collections and lease renewals, build authentic customer relationships to support ownership goals, supervise accounts staff to meet daily/weekly/monthly targets, manage payment histories and documentation, review/close lease agreements, and coordinate with the General Manager on account strategies; requires strong leadership, negotiation, and customer-service skills and involves driving company vehicle, scheduling flexibility, and in-store/field responsibilities.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Two years of college or two years of previous management experience preferred
- Valid state Driver's License and compliance with DOT requirements (USA)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without help and up to 300 lbs. with dolly
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High energy with multitasking
- Proper telephone etiquette
