Job Summary
Conduct collections and lease renewals by counseling customers, reviewing agreements, and obtaining signatures. Maintain customer accounts by updating information in the store system, documenting payment appointments, and contacting non-renewing clients via phone or home visits. Manage the collections staff to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly goals while assisting the General Manager with operational functions and sales. Safely operate the company vehicle to load, secure, and protect merchandise, including cleaning and certifying returned items. Work a schedule varying from 8 am to 9 pm, lifting up to 50 lbs independently and up to 300 lbs with assistance.
Required Qualifications
- United States at least 21 years old
- valid state Driver's License
- compliance with the Company's Driver Qualification Policy
- satisfactory MVR (driving record)
- Canada at least the age of 18
- Must meet DOT requirements to obtain certification in required states (United States)
- Ability to work schedule of hours varying from 8 am to 9 pm
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without help
- Ability to lift up to 300 lbs. with the assistance of a dolly
- Two years of college
- two years of previous management experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High energy with the ability to effectively perform all functions of the store
