Job Summary
Customer Accounts Advisor role for Aaron’s involves coaching customers on payment collections and lease renewals, building relationships via in-store and in-home interactions to move customers toward ownership, handling accounts, updating customer information, selling benefits of timely renewals, and supporting the Sales Team. Requires driving a company vehicle, loading and securing merchandise, and completing vehicle/route documentation; role supports daily/monthly revenue and renewal goals and may include merchandise returns, customer service tasks, and general duties as assigned. Qualifications include a High School diploma or equivalent (preferred) and 2 years of retail/customer service experience (preferred); US-based applicants must be 21+ with a valid driver’s license and DOT certification as required. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to multitask, and proficiency with computers are expected; benefits and rewards are provided for full- and part-time employment depending on status.
Required Qualifications
- At least 21 years old in the United States with a valid state Driver’s License; compliance with Driver Qualification Policy including satisfactory MVR
- DOT requirements to obtain certification in required states
