Job Summary
Drive payment collections and lease agreement renewals by contacting customers via phone and home visits to explain benefits and build relationships. Maintain updated customer information in the store system, document appointments, and assist the Customer Account Manager in meeting daily, weekly, and monthly revenue goals. Handle merchandise returns, guest deliveries, and quality assurance certification while operating the company vehicle safely. Perform weekly vehicle maintenance, load and secure product, and support the sales team as directed by management.
Required Qualifications
- United States at least 21 years old
- valid state Driver's License
- compliance with the Company's Driver Qualification Policy
- satisfactory MVR (driving record)
- Canada at least the age of 18
- Must meet DOT requirements to obtain certification in required states
- Ability to work schedule of hours varying from 8 am to 9 pm
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without help
- Ability to lift up to 300 lbs. with the assistance of a dolly
- Two years of retail/customer service experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High energy with the ability to effectively perform all functions of the store
