Customer Accounts Advisor

Customer Accounts Advisor at Aaron’s drives payment collections and lease agreement renewals through relationship-building with customers, using in-store and face-to-face interactions as well as phone calls to guide customers toward ownership. Responsibilities include maintaining and updating customer information in the store computer system, handling renewals with both in-home visits and calls, selling the benefits of timely payments, assisting the Customer Account Manager in achieving daily/weekly/monthly revenue and renewal goals, handling merchandise returns and guest deliveries, and performing related duties such as vehicle loading, maintenance and safekeeping, and supporting the Sales Team as needed. The role requires strong communication, empathy, negotiation, multitasking, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to lift up to 50 lbs and operate a company vehicle safely.
