Job Summary

Customer Accounts Advisor at Aaron’s drives payment collections and lease renewals by building relationships with customers over the phone and in-home visits. Responsibilities include maintaining customer accounts in the store computer system, contacting customers who have not renewed leases, selling benefits of timely renewal payments, assisting in achieving revenue and renewal goals, handling merchandise returns and deliveries, maintaining vehicle upkeep and safety, loading and securing product for transport, and supporting the Sales Team as needed. Required Qualifications

  • High School diploma or equivalent preferred
  • Two years retail/customer service experience preferred
  • Valid state Driver’s License and compliance with Driver Qualification Policy; DOT requirements to obtain certification in required states (US)
  • Ability to work schedule of hours varying from 8 am to 9 pm
