Customer Accounts Advisor

Customer Accounts Advisor at Aaron’s drives payment collections and lease renewals by building relationships with customers over the phone and in-home visits. Responsibilities include maintaining customer accounts in the store computer system, contacting customers who have not renewed leases, selling benefits of timely renewal payments, assisting in achieving revenue and renewal goals, handling merchandise returns and deliveries, maintaining vehicle upkeep and safety, loading and securing product for transport, and supporting the Sales Team as needed.
