Customer Accounts Advisor

Customer Accounts Advisor responsibilities include coaching customers to drive payment collections and lease renewals, building relationships with customers over the phone and in person to move them toward ownership, maintaining customer accounts, contacting customers who have not renewed leases (in home and by phone), promoting timely lease-renewal payments, assisting with revenue and renewal goals, handling merchandise returns, and performing related store duties. The role emphasizes strong interpersonal skills, empathy, multitasking, organizational ability, negotiation and persuasion, and professional communication to support the Aaron’s brand. The position involves operating a company vehicle, loading and securing product, and collaborating with the Sales Team; the role may include various duties per management directions. Education is preferred at the high school level, with two years of retail/customer service experience preferred, and requires a valid driver’s license; duties occur within a retail environment with in-person interactions and potential travel.
