Job Summary
Manage customer accounts by maintaining updated information in the store system and documenting payment appointments. Directly contact customers via home visits and phone to drive lease agreement renewals and explain renewal benefits. Assist the Customer Account Manager in achieving daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and renewal goals. Support the Sales Team with merchandise returns, guest deliveries, and cleaning merchandise in the Quality Assurance Center. Complete weekly vehicle maintenance sheets and load, secure, and protect product in the company vehicle while safely operating the vehicle. Work varying hours from 8 am to 9 pm and perform any reasonable duties requested by management.
Required Qualifications
- United States at least 19 years old
- valid state Driver's License
- compliance with the Company's Driver Qualification Policy
- satisfactory MVR (driving record)
- Canada at least the age of 18
- Must meet DOT requirements to obtain certification in required states
- Ability to work schedule of hours varying from 8 am to 9 pm
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without help
- ability to lift up to 300 lbs. with the assistance of a dolly
- Two years of retail/customer service experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High energy with the ability to effectively perform all functions of the store
