Job Summary
Customer Accounts Advisor role responsible for coaching customers on lease renewals and payments, building relationships via phone and in-person interactions, and driving revenue toward daily–monthly targets. Responsibilities include maintaining customer accounts in the store system, contacting customers who have not renewed leases, promoting timely renewal payments, assisting with merchandise returns, certifying merchandise in the Quality Assurance Center, handling weekly vehicle maintenance and route sheets, loading and securing product, safely operating company vehicles, and supporting the Sales Team as needed. Requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to multitask, and a high-energy, customer-focused approach.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred
- Valid state Driver’s License and compliance with Driver Qualification Policy; DOT requirements to obtain certification in required states (US)
