Job Summary
Customer Accounts Advisor at Aaron’s, focusing on coaching customers to achieve timely lease payments and renewal of lease agreements, building relationships through in-home visits and phone interactions, and supporting the Sales Team to meet revenue and renewal goals. The role emphasizes empathetic communication, strong multitasking, negotiation, and the ability to manage customer accounts, process payments, assist with returns, and maintain vehicle-related duties and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred
- Valid state Driver’s License; compliance with DOT requirements to obtain certification in required states (US)
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without help and up to 300 lbs. with dolly
- Ability to work a schedule of hours varying from 8 am to 9 pm
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Proficient computer skills
