Job Summary
Customer Accounts Advisor at Aaron’s, a role focused on coaching customers on payment collections and lease renewals, building relationships with customers over the phone and in-home visits to progress ownership. Responsibilities include updating and maintaining customer accounts, contacting customers who have not renewed leases, selling the benefits of timely renewals, supporting revenue and renewal goals, assisting with merchandise returns and deliveries, vehicle-related duties (loading, securing, and operating the company vehicle), and providing support to the Sales Team. The role requires strong communication, negotiation, multitasking, and a high-energy customer-service mindset, with duties ranging from account management to hands-on store and logistics tasks.
Required Qualifications
- United States at least 21 years old with a valid state Driver’s License and compliance with the Driver Qualification Policy; including satisfactory MVR
- Must meet DOT requirements to obtain certification in required states (United States)
- High School diploma or equivalent preferred
- Two years of retail/customer service experience preferred
- Proficient computer skills
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
