Job Summary
Drive payment collections and lease agreement renewals by contacting customers via phone and home visits to explain benefits and ensure satisfaction. Maintain updated customer information in the store system, document payment appointments, and assist with merchandise returns, guest deliveries, and quality assurance certifications. Operate the company vehicle safely to load, secure, and protect product while completing daily vehicle maintenance and route sheets. Support the Sales Team and manage daily, weekly, and monthly revenue and renewal goals under management direction. Requires a valid driver's license, ability to work varying hours from 8 am to 9 pm, and two years of retail experience preferred.
Required Qualifications
- United States at least 21 years old
- valid state Driver's License
- compliance with the Company's Driver Qualification Policy
- satisfactory MVR (driving record)
- Canada at least the age of 18
- Must meet DOT requirements to obtain certification in required states
- Ability to work schedule of hours varying from 8 am to 9 pm
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. without help
- ability to lift up to 300 lbs. with the assistance of a dolly
Desired Qualifications
- Two years of retail/customer service experience
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- High energy with the ability to effectively perform all functions of the store and multitasking effectively
- Proper telephone etiquette
- Proficient computer skills
