Customer Accounts Advisor

Customer Accounts Advisor who coaches customers on lease renewals and payment collections, building relationships with customers over the phone and in person to move them toward ownership. Responsibilities include maintaining customer accounts, updating information in store systems, contacting customers who have not renewed leases both in-home and by phone, promoting timely renewal payments, assisting in achieving daily/weekly/monthly revenue and renewal goals, supporting merchandise returns and guest deliveries, and ensuring product quality in the QA Center. Additional duties include completing and maintaining vehicle and route sheets, loading and securing products for transport, safely operating the company vehicle, assisting the Sales Team as needed, and performing any reasonable duties requested by management. The role requires strong interpersonal and communication skills, ability to multitask, and a professional appearance; also requires driving capability and compliance with applicable DOT standards, and a high level of energy and customer focus.
